After the joy of having a baby comes the fear of losing it again. If the worst were to happen and your baby's life was in your hands, could you provide the first aid needed?
Nurse Camilla will prepare you to act if the worst should happen.
This is a workshop where, over the course of a few intensive hours, you will learn the most basic first aid so that you feel well equipped to handle both minor injuries and more serious accidents.
The workshop will cover topics such as
- Burns
- Poisoning/corrosions
- Febrile convulsions
- Blocked airways
- Cardiac arrest
The workshop is aimed at parents on maternity leave and during the workshop there will of course be time for breastfeeding, comforting, changing diapers, etc.
Pregnant women as well as grandparents and other interested parties are of course also welcome.
To get the best possible benefit, the number of participants is limited and pre-registration is required.
