Do you often feel stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or
stuck in the same patterns even when you try to think your way into change?
This 4 week course is a grounded and practical introduction to somatic work, where you will learn to better understand the connection between the body,
stress, emotions, and everyday life.
Many of us spend most of our time in our thoughts while the body carries
tension, stress, emotions, and overwhelm beneath the surface. Through simple
body-based exercises, movement, breathwork, reflection, and nervous system
tools, this course supports you in creating more calm, balance, presence, and
self-trust in everyday life.No previous experience is needed. Only curiosity and a willingness to
reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment.Below is the proposed structure for the 4-week series:
Week 1 - Understanding overwhelm & the nervous system

Understanding stress vs. overwhelm
• Introduction to the nervous system and body awareness
• Grounding breathwork and somatic regulation practicesWeek 2 — Reconnecting to the Body
• Exploring
emotional awareness and disconnection
• Understanding patterns of overthinking and tension
• Breath, movement, and somatic awareness exercisesWeek 3 — Emotional regulation & self-trust
• Understanding
emotional responses and protective patterns
• Tools for nervous system regulation and self-support
• Somatic practices focused on boundaries, safety, and self-trustWeek 4 — Integration & embodied confidence
• Bringing
somatic tools into everyday life
• Building greater calm, confidence, and connection to self
• Guided integration practice and reflection
The intention behind this series is to create a safe and supportive space for you to slow down, reconnect to yourselve, and experience practical tools for greater calm, clarity, and self-trust.Your teacher:Chantel Monique Peters is a certified Somatic Transformational Coach, certified NLP Practitioner and Coach, and founder of The Somatic Space. Her work combines somatic practices, nervous system regulation, transformational coaching, subconscious work, and practical mindset tools to support deeper self-awareness and lasting change in a grounded and accessible way.“I create a calm, supportive, and welcoming space where you can participate exactly as you are.
