"Yoga in english" - Kursus i Odense

In the class we will focus on flexibility, building strength, balance and concentration. The place is quite and we do standing, sitting and lying positions and include pranayama and relaxation. There is a room for both beginner’s to intermediate level.The course is located in Odense, Hunderupvej 103, every Thursday from 18.00-19.30 in the yoga room in the basement. Go through the front door and straight on through the kitchen, turn left at the yoga sign, walk straight on and then turn right and you have found the yoga room. Your teacher, Lakshmi, will help you and welcome you to the course.
